Bio

Whitney Duncan is a dynamic singer-songwriter and performer from Scotts Hill, Tennessee, whose passion for music took root at a young age. After honing her craft on local stages—from festivals and churches to talent shows—she secured her first publishing deal with Big Picture Music and a record deal with Capitol Records at just 17 years old.

Her early success as a songwriter led to a standout duet with the legendary Kenny Rogers, helping launch her career as a recording artist. Whitney’s breakout single, “When I Said I Would,” released through Warner Brothers, became an iTunes Song of the Week and amassed widespread digital traction. Since then, she has surpassed 20 million career streams and collaborated with top-tier producers including Mark Bright and Michael Carter.

Recognized as one of CMT’s Next Women of Country in 2018, Whitney has written with celebrated artists such as Lee Ann Womack and Danielle Bradbery. Beyond music, she has showcased her versatility and charisma on national television, appearing on Season 23 of Survivor and Season 25 of The Amazing Race.

Whitney continues to evolve as an artist and creator. Her latest EP, Heartbreaker, released January 8, 2021, highlights her signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and modern country sound.
